Our personal preferences are constantly guiding our attention to what we want to experience in this life vs what we do not.
Here, we begin to create a deeper and more practical relationship with our preferences to carve out who exactly we want to be, and what we want for our lives.
Through a guided process, we create a detailed picture of who exactly it is you want to become. We work out the details of their life, we consider:
How do they spend their days
How do they think / see the world
How do the people aorund them make them feel
What is their health like?
What is their relationship with money like?
and so on.
We also consider techniques that support discernment, separating who you truly want to be from who you think you should be, or who you were told you should be.
Carving out such a clear image for your life allows us to work from the end backwards. Daily decisions can become clear once you begin asking yourself what this version of you would do, or if what you're doing brings you closer to them.
To put it simply, if you don't know where you are going, how will you know which way to go?
Where you want to go will change and evolve as you experience life, this is a natural part of the process.
This is not about arriving anywhere, it is about guiding the direction of our next steps. This way, we won't one day wake up to realise we have spent years walking in the opposite direction of where we wanted to go.

Changing your life cannot be separated from changing your identity. You can begin to observe your identity by noticing the words that tend to follow that statement 'I am.' We have many identities, such as I am an introvert, I am fit, I am lazy, I am disciplined, I am easily distracted and so on.
We are simply a by-product of the unique combination of all of our micro-identities.
It is important to understand that our behaviours stem from who we believe we are. If I do not smoke, and never have, it is very, very unlikely I will walk into a shop one day and buy a packet of cigarettes just because I see one. If I am a smoker on the other hand, I am likely to do this.
Telling a smoker, don't buy cigarettes again, and telling a non-smoker to start buying cigarettes creates sensations of resistance. Even this sentence produces feelings of resistance because the behaviour you are requesting doesn't align with the identity. It just doesn't make sense for those people to do those actions.
It is here we must understand that the behaviour is not the complete picture, it is the smoke that is only there because of the fire. A behaviour tends to be the effect of the following, in this order
Identity
Beliefs
Thoughts
Emotions / Feelings
Actions / Behaviours
These actions and behaviours then produce outcomes which reinforce the identity, and the cycle continues.
You can see how trying to make changes at the level of behaviour is like trying to stop a plant growing without removing the root. You will forever be trying to cut it back.
Together, we work at the level of identity when making changes. We consider different methods and techniques available to support with this transiton, as well as deepening your understanding.
Environment reset as a tool to shift identiyt - declutetring - micro-stressors and micro choices, remidners of 'who you are' - beocme someone who gets it done, drop your to do lists, begin creating an environemnt hat reflects someone who has it all togeteher

Our beliefs can often be masked as 'truth' or 'facts'. Despite what you might believe, there is very little in this world that can be considered a universal truth.
Our brains like to prove themselves right, even if it can be to our detirment. A belief can be considered as a practcied thought. When you think something over and oevr, you begin to take actions and perceive things in a way that confirm this thought. Your brain may even take action to create that outcome that aligns with that tought,e ven it is to your detriment. This is what is often labelled 'self sabotage’. Thoguh, it is not so much self sobatoage and can be mroe accurately thought of as your brain simply trying to prove itself right.
The more we think a certain way, the more we filter and experience reality through that lens - reality, as it does, responds to what we are focusing on and brings us more of it. The more we experience, the more prominent the thought becomes and eventually as we keep seeing the same patterns we form a belief. It becoems a 'truth'
Anything you give your attention to enough will eventually become your 'truth'.
Beliefs can be considered as practiced thoughts. The more you think something, the more you filter your reality through that lens, the more you act in
Uncovering limiting beliefs that are held
Understanding current beliefs
LEarning and understanding that nothing is inherently true, it is our beliefs that make it so
Recognising that everything is a belief, the most dangerous beliefs are those we consider truth or fact, we no longer leave an option for anything else
How our beliefs shape our reality, stem from our identity and shape our thoughts.
Un-limiting ourselves from our beliefs, learning to challenge eveyrhting we believe
Understanding everything is perspective and we choose and have th choice of perspective at anygiven moment.
Nothing is inherently good or bad it is our beliefs that make it so

Our ability to guide what we think about is arguably our most powerful tool. We get what we think about, whether we want it or not.
We begin to understand that imagination is not pretend, fake, or 'not real'. Imagination can be seen as rehearsing outcomes. It can help to think of it like this:
Each thought is a vote for something to occur. The more you think something, the more likely it is to happen. Emotional involvement with our thoughts acts as an amplifier, casting multiple votes at once. The stronger the emotion, the more votes you can cast in one go. Generally speaking, the thing that occurs in your reality is the thing that got the most votes.
It is important to note that these votes can be cast not only through thinking words, but mental images, attention, desires, wants and beliefs.
When you begin to understand this deeply, you begin to treat your thoughts with much more caution.
Our inner mental world is complex, yet simple. We get what we pay attention to. The reason many may disagree is they confuse thinking about what you want, from thinking about the absence of what you want. This fine line is the difference between continuing to experience unwanted events from experiencing wanted events.
Each time you think about the absence of what you want, you cast a vote for the absence of what you want.
You must understand that your subconscious mind does not speak your language, this analogy can help you understand.
Imagine you are in a country where you do not speak the language, and you need to head somewhere. You go to a person to ask for directions, but you cannot communicate through speaking. What do you do? You point on a map where where you want to go.
Focusing on what you do want = pointing to where you want to go
Focusing on what you do not want = pointing to where you do not want to go.
Wherever you point, the person will begin to direct you there.
Your subconscious mind is the person who does not speak your language. It speaks through attention, wants and desires.
I hope now it is clear why your ability to manage your thoughts is paramount to your outcomes in life.
Together, we:
Understand your relationship with your thoughts
Recognise your dominant thought patterns
Connect this to your current outcomes
Train a new awareness of the connection around your thoughts and your outcomes
Begin consciously directing your thoughts to create the outcomes you desire
Practice the art of discernment between focusing on what you do want vs the absence of what you want
Because we do not think in full sentences, it can, at times, be hard to know what you are really thinking about. We learn to interpret our thoughts through our emotions so that we can guide our thoughts to generating positive emotions. This way we know we are focused on what we do want.
To summarise, we use techniques, tools, perspective & mindset shifts to align our internal mental world with the fastest arrival of our desired reality

Understanding our emotions becomes critical for a few reasons.
1) Emotions often stem from thought patterns, which if we do not consciously control, will control us
What I mean by this is, a thought focusing on the absence of what we want will naturally create a negative emotion, casting more votes simultaneously towards the absence of our desire. Creating a more likely scenario for our desire to slip further away from us, creating more negative emotions and so on. This will create an illusion of lack of control over our circumstances.
2) Our emotions are indicators of what we are thinking about, and can be used to guide our thoughts
What I mean here is that paying attention to what we do want, in anticipation of it’s arrival, will naturally create positive emotions. We know what we are paying attention to by what we feel. Therefore, our emotions are an indicator of our thoughts, and so the emotions we are experiencing can become signals, notifying us of which direction we are headed towards.
3) Due to evolutionary biology, we have a natural inclination to engage with negative thoughts, and negative thoughts tend to be more intense than positive ones.
This is why most people are experiencing undesired outcomes, because unless you train your mind, or were fortunate enough to be conditioned otherwise, you are likely to pay more attention to the negative, exacerbating your negative emotions and therefore cast more votes towards undesired outcomes.
It is with all of this in mind that I hope it becomes clear that training our ability to manage our thoughts and emotions becomes essential, not just in the outcome of our careers, but in the outcome of every area of our life. The more focused our mind, the more quickly and consistently we can out-vote the alternative, allowing for the arrival of our desires to speed towards us.
Together, we work to
Understand your current relationship to your emotions
Recognise your dominant emotional states and your emotional set point
Connect this to your current outcomes
Train a new awareness of your emotions as indicators of what you are paying attention to
Begin consciously redirecting our thoughts to generate new emotions
Learn to become consistent in directing our attention and focus in ways that bring our desired outcomes

7 universal principle
mentalism
correspondance
vibration
polarity
rhythm
cause & effect
gender
How these impersonal principles govern the universe and continuously act regardless of morality. Like electricity, if you stick your fingers in a socket, it electrocutes you regardless of whether you are good or bad.
Can be cosnidered as the rules of the game of life. IF you don't understand them you cannot get the desured outcomes because we live in the world of effect.
It is like trying to stop a plant growing by cutting it - the stem is the effect of the root beneath it. You are trying to change an effect. Pulling it from the root is causative thinking.

Using our understanding of everything above, along with clairty of where we want to g, we can begin to step into conscious creation.
Life feels easy, natural, effortless. Detatchment occurs, and pure trust in the divine begins to emerge and day-to-day stressors become less so. All the time that we can sit wihtin this energy, life's stress becomes difficult to touch us.
We begin trainign the muscle of coming back to this energy. The more times we come back, the stornger our ability becomes. We become able to sit wihtin the frequency of someone already lin our desired reality and act accordingly

The thing you believe you must choose between is almost always the thing you need to include. We stop separating life from performance and begin treating every moment as part of the same practice.
